Thank you for visiting and for having an interest in getting to know me. I find it’s important for you to feel comfortable with the person who might handle the purchase or sale of one of your most important assets, which is why I’d like to share some detail of my background.
I’m an entrepreneur and seasoned real estate professional with 15 years of combined real estate and corporate banking experience, and I’m the broker and proud owner of Featured Properties International, LLC. I’m also a native to Miami, Florida and a proud alumna of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. I obtained a management and entrepreneurial degree from Florida International University’s School of Business. I began to work in real estate in 2003, and in 2004, I obtained my real estate brokerage license, which enabled me to open my very first real estate service and investment company that primarily managed small real estate investments. I furthered my career by joining the banking industry in 2006 and applying my real estate knowledge and experience to help build and manage the Special Assets Division at various financial institutions. I have extensive experience in the financial sector where I thrived in a fast-‐paced and demanding environment while successfully managing the disposition of commercial and residential bank-‐ owned assets. Consequently, I developed a deep knowledge of short sale and “REO” transactions, which enabled me to provide real estate consultation services to consumers affected by the economic crisis. By midyear 2012, the decision seemed clear: I would return to the real estate sales industry and use my collective real estate, legal, and corporate banking experience to serve others. Not long thereafter, my entrepreneurial spirit was reignited by my passion for real estate and everything creative. Today, I work to serve buyers and sellers as well as industry professionals with integrity and a sincere eagerness to help them reach their goals.
My years of experience in various niches have led me to this place where I help many while specializing in the complicated. I currently enjoy the art of consulting buyers and sellers, negotiating complicated real estate transactions and handling every detail on behalf of my customers. I also enjoy helping them navigate through the emotional process of buying their first home. And since I have both personal and professional experience in managing the expectations set forth by divorce, I am particularly sensitive to helping divorcing couples face the challenges of selling their property. But despite what trends are currently paying out in the marketplace, it’s important my customers know that I work to maintain a certain fashion: uncompromising quality and integrity.
I serve as President of a local BNI Chapter as well as Social Chair for the National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP) in Coral Gables. Since my business touches on the divorce process, it’s important for me to connect with like minded professionals who serve clients through all stages of divorce. At the NADP of Coral Gables, I’m able to connect with other industry leaders – pioneers, even – to benefit from divorce-‐centered education and professional resources.
I’ve devoted my time to other causes and served as President of the Kiwanis Club of Coral Gables. I’m family-‐oriented, adventurous and a philosopher at heart. I enjoy setting goals and checking items off my bucket list as much as I do engaging in deep conversations. I also love to dance, write and travel, and I have a passion for the art of interior decorating.
